Electronic onboarding makes employee enrollment as easy as 1, 2, 3
New groups onboarding employees to a new group benefits plan can opt into using our electronic onboarding process to enroll employees.
- Opt into electronic onboarding and set up your member enrollment dashboard. You’ll be provided with a data template to upload employee information into the dashboard. Then, you’ll send an invitation to employees to complete their enrollment online.
- Invite your employees to complete their enrollment. They’ll receive an email inviting them to their employee dashboard. Employees will complete the required information and submit their forms.
- Once all employees have completed their online form, submit their information to complete enrollment in their new benefits plan. Your employee onboarding is complete!

Getting started with a workplace benefits plan is simple. Your employees will have access to a comprehensive guide to getting started. If your plan members ever need assistance with navigating their plan, our member service team is here to help.

Plan administrators gain access to exclusive resources like step-by-step guides, a centralized library of forms and documents, and materials to help you promote your workplace benefits plan to your employees. We need a little more time to make your Plan Administrator Portal experience exceptional
We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and sometimes, that means taking a little extra time to ensure everything runs smoothly. While we were aiming to go live with your new Plan Administrator portal on March 4, 2025, we’ve made the decision to extend the launch to ensure your first log in experience is a great one.
This means that access to the Plan Administrator portal will now be available on March 17, 2025. We understand this isn’t ideal but promise the wait won’t be too long.
What this means for you
Until your Plan Administrator portal is live, you can manage your group benefits plan through your Group Benefits Service Representative, who will be acting as an extension of your team to:
- View and verify plan member coverages
- Access reporting
- Process day-to-day eligibility changes
