Electronic onboarding makes employee enrollment as easy as 1, 2, 3

As of March 1, 2023, new groups onboarding employees to a new group benefits plan can opt into using our electronic onboarding process to enroll employees.

  1. Opt into electronic onboarding and set up your member enrollment dashboard. You’ll be provided with a data template to upload employee information into the dashboard. Then, you’ll send an invitation to employees to complete their enrollment online.
  2. Invite your employees to complete their enrollment. They’ll receive an email inviting them to their employee dashboard. Employees will complete the required information and submit their forms.
  3. Once all employees have completed their online form, submit their information to complete enrollment in their new benefits plan. Your employee onboarding is complete!

Your new portal experience is coming soon!

On March 4th, your new Plan Administrator Portal will be ready. Your new portal features improved usability, extensive self-serve reporting access, new super-user management capabilities, enriched notification centers, document upload advancements, streamlined member enrollment, centralized training and support resources, and more! Click here to review the training and demonstration of the new Plan Administrator Portal. Please note:

Members will be unable to access online claims submission and direct pay with providers between 11:59pm February 28, 2025 and the afternoon of March 4, 2025.

Be sure to remind your plan members to fill essential pharmacy prescriptions in advance of February 28 and to be mindful of appointments booked with health providers that weekend as direct pay will not be available. Claims can continue to be submitted by form, or held by the plan member and submitted electronically upon registration for the new plan member portal and app.

You will not be able to access your Plan Administrator Portal between March 1-4, 2025 while we prepare your new portal experience.
