Personal Health Plan contest: Apply to Win!

For the second time, we’ll be incentivizing personal health plan applications through the Apply to Win! Contest.

From March 25 to May 10, 2024, all individuals who submit a Personal Health Plan application are eligible to be entered to win one of three $1,000 Visa gift cards! This includes applications submitted through brokers.

In order to be entered to win:

• Applications must be received between March 25 and May 10.
• Applications must be approved and an offer for coverage must be extended by Saskatchewan Blue Cross.
• Applicants must accept their offer for coverage and activate their plan by May 30, 2023.
• Plans must be active on the draw date (June 10, 2024) in order to be eligible to win.
