Advisor Travel Referral Link – Enhanced Customer Experience
To align with the travel market, on March 5, 2024, we expanded the scope of the Health Declaration age and duration requirement. These changes were made to mitigate potential risks and gain a comprehensive understanding of our members’ health to tailor their travel premiums more accurately.
The changes to health declaration requirements have resulted in an influx of travelers required to contact their advisor directly to purchase their travel insurance plan.
As such, we are working to streamline the product offering and enhance the customer experience for travelers and advisors. Effective May 8, 2024, an expanded scope of eligible travelers and products will be available to purchase directly through your Advisor Travel Referral Link.
