Set up your online account
Manage your healthcare benefits online using your Member Portal — the go-to place for all your account needs.
For personal plan members
Register for the personal member portal to submit a claim, view your coverage benefits, make insurance premium payments and manage much more.
For group plan members
Review your benefit details, submit a claim, view your claims history, and more! Use the group member portal to help you make use of your plan.
Adding or removing dependents
Learn more about how to manage your dependents on your Personal Health or Workplace Benefits plan.
For personal plan members
- If you would like to remove a dependent, contact us directly so we can help you through the process.
- To add a dependent, please complete the paper version of the Personal Health Plan Application and submit it to us.
- If you’re adding a new baby, please call us or notify us in writing within 30 days of the birth of your new addition.
For group plan members
- All changes should be made in consultation with your group plan administrator. If you’re not sure who this is, please contact your HR department.
Coordinating benefits
When you’re covered under more than one health plan, you can enjoy the benefits of both. Submit your claim under your primary plan, then submit the remainder of that claim (for example, the remaining 20% of a claim that is covered up to 80%) to the other plan.
Here’s how to submit a claim for each individual on your health benefits plan:
- Personal members: Submit to your group/employer insurer first. Once it’s been processed, send a copy of your receipts and the EOB to us.
- Group/employer members: Submit your claim online. Once it’s been processed, send a copy of your receipts and the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to your other insurer.
- Your partner: Submit to your partner’s insurer first. Once it’s been processed, send a copy of your receipts and EOB to us.
- Your children/dependents: Submit to the insurer of the partner whose birthday comes earlier in the calendar year. Once processed, provide a copy of your receipts and the EOB to the other insurer.
Contact us to update your coordination of benefit information. You can also update this information when you submit a claim through the Group or Personal Member portal/app, or on paper.
Setting up direct deposit
Sign up for direct deposit to have your claims reimbursed directly into your bank account.
For personal plan members
For the most seamless claims experience, login to your personal member portal or mobile app! There, you’ll be able to add or change your direct deposit information and submit claims in minutes.
For group plan members
Get your money back faster by signing up for direct deposit within the Group member portal or mobile app, which offers real-time claims processing.
