Important Update: Direct-pay Claim Submission
Please note: Newly designed member ID cards featuring updated certificate numbers have been issued to all members with an effective date of March 4, 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, members have been prompted to provide their updated ID card to their benefit service providers for any claims being direct billed on or after March 4, 2025.

Important Notice for Extended Health and Vision Providers
The URL to our Provider Claims Portal has changed.
- Effective March 4, 2025, the new Provider Claims Portal must be used to submit claims to Saskatchewan Blue Cross.
- You will continue to use the existing Provider Portal to submit direct-billing claims to Medavie Blue Cross and federally-administrated programs, including Veterans Affairs, Canadian Armed Forces and the RCMP.
If you were previously registered for the existing Provider Claims Portal, you should have received instructions to pre-register for your new Provider Claims Portal account – look for an email with the subject line FINAL REMINDER & ACTION REQUIRED – Claim your account for your new Provider Claims Portal. Following your registration for the new Provider Claims Portal, you will be able to submit electronic claims on behalf of your clients.

Use Carrier ID# 000096 to submit dental claims on behalf of your patient.
Extended Health Benefits
Login to the secure claims portal to submit claims on behalf of your patient.
Pharmacy Claims
Use IIN# 611797 and Carrier ID# 46 to submit pharmacy claims on behalf of your patient.

Submitting claims for members of a Blue Cross plan outside of Saskatchewan
Effective October 17, 2022, claims must be submitted directly to the region that administers the member’s plan. To identify which region a claim should be submitted to, please refer to the logo on the member’s ID card.
To submit a claim for a member of a Blue Cross plan based outside of Saskatchewan, choose your claim type below, then follow the instructions to submit the member’s claim to the applicable Blue Cross/3rd Party Claims Processor.
