As we start the new year, we’re excited to re-introduce the Group Broker Bonus Programs for 2024.
NEW: Q1 and Q2 Group Broker Incentive Program
We’re pleased to offer a new Broker Incentive Program in 2024, rewarding high performance through the first half of 2024.
The Group Broker Incentive Program offers a 2% bonus on all new business closed between January 1 and June 30, 2024.
Advisors must close a minimum of 4 cases with premiums exceeding $200,000 in order to qualify.
This program is part of our work to redefine partnership with our key advisors. Our network of brokers, consultants and advisors is one of our most valuable assets. We’re listening and grateful for your feedback.
In the coming weeks, you can expect the rollout of a streamlined quoting process, new underwriting efficiency and strengths, and a new more efficient implementation process. We’re proud to be a new Saskatchewan Blue Cross, and we look forward to a strong 2024 together.

Group Block of Business Bonus Plans
The Group Block of Business Bonus Plan allows you to earn additional commissions annually based on two components: retention and growth of your group block of business.
The Retention Bonus Plan recognizes your long-term and ongoing commitment to Saskatchewan Blue Cross, while the Growth Bonus Plan rewards new business you’ve brought to Saskatchewan Blue Cross.
New in 2024: To qualify for the 2024 Broker Bonus plan, a minimum of two new groups must be added between Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2024, with a combined total of at least $50,000 in new annual premium.
