As of March 4, please begin using the new Member ID card you received. You’ll need to present this new card to your health providers to allow them to make claims on your behalf. If you haven’t received your new ID card, please contact us at 1-800-667-6853.

The new Portal experience offers improved usability, an enhanced claims submission process, access to pre-determinations, a new DIN and practitioner search, electronic delivery of your Explanation of Benefits statements, enriched in-app communication, and more.
To get started with your new Portal, you will need to register for a new account (your previous login details will not be accepted).
You will need your new member ID card to register your account. If you haven’t received your new ID card, please contact us.

The new Member App offers all the same functions as the online Member Portal, conveniently accessible from your phone. Download the SK Blue Cross Member App to get started!

The SK Blue Cross Member App supports devices operating on the following operating systems: Apple iOS: Version 15.4 and higher. Android: Version 10 and higher.

Access your IAP or EFAP and Virtual Care benefits
For Personal Health Plan Members:
To access your new Individual Assistance Program and Virtual Care:
- Start by logging in to your Member Portal.
- Navigate to My Coverage, then select IAP.
- Here you will see a description of your Individual Assistance Program and instructions on how to access your benefits.
- At the bottom of the summary, you will find your Access Code/Service Key. Use this to register your account. You will use the same access code to register for both IAP and Virtual Care.
- Visit www.homeweb.ca to get started and register for your account.
For Group Plan Members with EFAP included in their plan: Ask your plan administrator for your organization’s access code.

Frequently asked questions
Both of my new member ID cards show only one name.
Member ID cards are issued in the name of the primary policyholder on your policy. The back of your card should list all covered dependents, including your spouse.
There have been no changes to your coverage or covered dependents. All names listed on the front or back of your card can use your new member ID card when seeking covered services or submitting claims.
My new member ID card lists a Dental and Pharmacy carrier ID, but I don’t have dental or prescription drugs on my plan.
These are standard changes that have been applied to all member ID cards to improve the claims submission process for direct-pay claims. There have been no changes to the benefits included as part of your unique policy.
Where are my dependents listed on my member ID card?
Your dependents are listed on the back of your card. If you are missing a spouse or dependent, or shows one incorrectly, we will have a new ID Card reissued to you with the correct information.
