Please note:
Members will be unable to access online claims submission and direct pay with providers from March 1-4, 2025. If members rely on direct payment for prescription refills, we recommend refilling prescriptions by February 28, 2025. Claims can continue to be submitted by mail or in person during this time.
Individual advisors will be unable to receive a quote or submit online applications from March 1-4, 2025 while we prepare your new portal experience.
