We need a little more time to make your Plan Administrator Portal experience exceptional
We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and sometimes, that means taking a little extra time to ensure everything runs smoothly. While we were aiming to go live with your new Plan Administrator portal on March 4, 2025, we’ve made the decision to extend the launch to ensure your first log in experience is a great one.
This means that access to the Plan Administrator portal will now be available on March 17, 2025. We understand this isn’t ideal but promise the wait won’t be too long.
What this means for you
Until your Plan Administrator portal is live, you can manage your group benefits plan through your Group Benefits Service Representative, who will be acting as an extension of your team to:
- View and verify plan member coverages
- Access reporting
- Process day-to-day eligibility changes
